Universal Studio

Finally, we brought Val to US and thought it would be a good idea since it's the start of school day after CNY holiday (Val is skipping school today). But my we were wrong, the park was pretty crowded with tourists hahhaa...

Taking pics with Madagascar on the first stop and Val gets to sit on the carousel which becomes her favourite...
Let the pics do the talking then...

We spent only 5 hours in the park (normally visitors will stay for whole day to be able to visit all the attractions and rides). Well, it's not easy if you bring an active toddler along and some of the rides are not suitable for them. We took the mini roller coaster without knowing how extreme it is for a 4 year old. Only when we were in the car and were about to be going up the high rail, we realised that this ride might be too extreme for Val. She was in shocked and almost broke down, her face turned all red and I tried to hold her close. Lucky the ride was a super short one. When we were down, she still braved herself and said ,"很好玩喔“ (It's very fun wor...) Hhahaha...Even a 4 year old has such a big ego and refused to admit that she was so afraid earlier. So after that we only went for show and some very mild ride. She didn't like the 4D Show either with all the rocking chairs, dark theater and a not very interesting show for her.

Honestly, I think Universal Studio is more suitable much older children (around 7-8 years old) and adults...Disneyland is still a much better choice and a suitable park for young children...
