We have been 'upgraded' from being called Pa Pa and Ma Ma to Daddy and Mommy :)
Every time she calls us, she will soften and lower her voice, and we just melt away upon hearing it...:P It's a 180 degree difference from her normal high pitch voice when she grumbles and screams. She is indeed a very clever girl in terms of taking people's hearts. Very good at observing our facial expressions, when she sees something not right, she will distract our attention away, make funny faces or straight away come over and give us a hug/kiss. You won't even have a chance to get angry at her ^_^
She also calls out 'Auntie' and 'Uncle' with the rest all her baby language. Sometimes she gets frustrated as we don't understand her. I guess we will not be waiting long before she bombards us with all her questions. Have to think a proper way to reply her when the time comes.
Since morning she has been behaving real well, drinking her own juice, from using straw to drinking direct from the cup. Though she get choked once in a while and spilled some out, I just let her drink as she insisted. Just let her explore and learn by herself. When she wants to learn something, she will keep practicing by herself until she is real good at it. She is more of a self-learner since young. From crawling, walking, climbing, getting up and down from bed, jumping, I can say that it's all her effort with little guidance from us.
And lunch today is beetroot corn soup with fusilli, zucchini and fried egg. A very weird combination from Mommy indeed hehehe....lucky, she enjoyed it and finished the whole bowl. As for Mommy, lunch is simply baked fusilli with cabbage, red pepper, zucchini (all the vege found in the fridge) top with parmesan and flax seeds as shown below:
