Here she is, wearing kind of a weird pout on her face, in front of the entrance. Maybe she has lots of questions in her mind about the place and the crowds but she chose to keep quiet, no questions asked :P Maybe she thinks: "Yeah, it's my FIRST trip to the zoo!" She eased up a bit upon seeing the elephants statue at the entrance and started to get excited, kept ushering Daddy to purchase tickets so we can go in.

I think little kids are excited, curious yet a bit scared encountering so many animals suddenly...:) She hold my hand real tight and sometimes she would say "怕怕” (Scared) and then she would continue with "妈妈在这里,不怕不怕"(Mommy is here, don't be afraid) *grin* That's what I always told her when she said she is scared of something hehehe...

We managed to catch The Rainforest Fights Back Show and Val managed to sit still throughout the whole show. She was stunned with the many animals coming out from various directions :)

Then we proceeded to catch the next Splash Safari Show, but the small amphitheatre was already madly packed so we sat on the floor. Val was excited to see her favourite penguins swim around but we couldn't really watch the show clearly. Glad that Val still managed to enjoy it and so excited when we got splashed some water by the cheeky sea lion.

We rushed to the next show, Elephants at Work and Play Show, and it was fully packed too. We were standing for 5 mins and Val didn't show interest at all, maybe it's lunch time and the heat was a bit unbearable. We decided to go for a quick lunch, proceeded to view some safari animals and took some pics with the statues...

It took us 4 hours getting around the zoo and we haven't even visited the Kidzworld...We were just too drained and super tired...All of us dozed off once we reached home and guess Val was equally tired too, she took 4 hours nap hahhaha....When we asked her whether she wants to visit zoo again or go shopping, she chooses the latter *grin
