Introduce Val to this popular kiddie show last week, and she has been hooked since. She requests to watch the show once she wakes up in the morning and even after we are ready to sleep at night. The first word she tells me when she wakes up in the morning is no longer "Good Morning Mommy" but "Hi-5" *shake head*
Besides Hi-5, her other favourite show is still Barney and Friends. I have tried to show her Mickey Mouse Club House, Pooh and Friends, The Wheels on the Bus, etc but none of the shows can make her addicted like these two particular shows.
And the best way to make her listen to us at the moment is also by making use of her favourite shows. If she is being naughty or unreasonable, we will just tell her that she won't be allowed to watch Hi-5 or Barney anymore, then she will straight away turn into a very sweet little girl :) *grin*
