Alice in the Wonderland

We visited United Square for "Alice in the Wonderland" performance today. It's a ballet performance by students of The Ballet & Music Company, which includes students from age 4 - 17 years old. Val was fascinated and sit quietly for the first 20 mins of the show. But as more and more people came in and started to block her view, she was getting impatient and started to stand up too. I asked her whether she wants to leave, and she said "Yes", maybe it's because she was also unfamiliar with the storyline and character to be able to appreciate the show.

Brought her to Connectz where there are all kind of shops cater for kids, from apparels to tuition centres can be found here. And of course, she got excited when she saw Barney and Friends Board on the entrance. There will be Barney Live/Meet and Greet session on 2 - 14 Dec, more info can be found here. Hope to bring her back next week for the show as she will only be attending half day childcare for the first week.


Next she was found fighting over a dinosaur ride with another kid when I was browsing some of the apparels. (Left pic) They almost got into a fight as the other kid who was already sitting on it was kind of fierce too (same species) hahahha...Luckily manage to stop the ugly scene from happening :-) We proceed to Toys 'R Us and on the way, she met Care Bear Icon and got a balloon from her (Middle pic). And finally able to hug Barney soft toy when she is at Toys 'R Us (Right pic) See how happy she is ^_^.
